The Board of the Foundation

The Board represents the Foundation to the outside world. Among other things, it is responsible for the selection of the members and the president of the Commission.

In the composition of the Commission, the Board ensures that balanced consideration is given to different interest groups. These include producers, auditors, addressees, consultants, policymakers, administrators, standard-setters, supervisory authorities and other interested parties.

The Board shall consist of at least three members. It constitutes itself and may co-opt additional members. The members of the Board are engaged in an honorary capacity.
