Michael Annen

After gaining years of work experience with Arthur Andersen AG and Ernst & Young AG, he became managing partner of a medium-size audit and tax consulting firm in Zug, Brag Buchhaltungs und Revisions AG.

Michael Annen was engaged in several committees and projects with the professional associations Treuhand Suisse and Expert Suisse and published a number of articles on the topic of accounting and auditing. Today, he is member of the Sub-Committee for Limited Audits at EXPERTsuisse and campaigns for the profession on a project basis.

He is member of several boards of directors. His main working fields are auditing, accounting and tax consulting. Furthermore, he is a member of the Bürgerrat (executive commission) of the city of Zug.

In addition to completing his studies in Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen (lic. oec.), Michael Annen is a Certified Public Accountant.
