Former CFO, Hügli Holding AG

After working in auditing for KPMG Zurich, Andreas Seibold moved into industry as Head of Group Controlling at SEFAR Holding AG and subsequently as CFO of the listed Hügli Holding AG.

From 2004 to 2018, Andreas Seibold was CFO and member of the Group Management of the listed Hügli Holding AG, Steinach. He also appointed  director and member of the foundation board of Hügli’s pension fund in Switzerland.

With the conversion from IFRS to Swiss GAAP FER in the 2009 financial year, Hügli was one of the first companies at SIX Swiss Exchange to convert from the International to the Swiss Reporting Standard.

After completing his studies at the business faculty of the University of Zurich (lic. oec. publ.), Andreas Seibold became a Certified Public Accountant.
