Prof. Dr. Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen

Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen is attorney-at-law, Of Counsel at Niederer Kraft Frey. She is titular professor at the University of Geneva (Faculty of Economics and Management), where she lectures in particular on corporate law and company law. She is a recognised expert in corporate governance. She is the author of numerous publications, including the reference book “Le Conseil d’administration” and is a regular speaker on corporate governance issues. Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen holds a PhD and master’s degree in law and a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Fribourg and attended an executive education program in finance at Harvard Business School.
